Upcoming Card Class

Hi Everyone

The Arianna Blooms collection from Heartfelt Creations continues to be a wonderful inspiration for making cards.  We have sold out of the dies but still have a few of the stamp sets left.

This weeks cards are inspired by the flower dies and some different folding methods.

The cost of the class is $15.00

 

Please bring your basic kit with you.  If you have flower shaping tools bring them as well.

Flowers, flowers, everywhere

Hi Everyone:

The Arianna Collection from Heartfelt Creations has arrived at the shop.  Today we have been playing with the die cuts and stamps.  The Collection contains one flower die cut set and one doily die cut set.

We had so much fun playing with these.  Here are a couple of photos that show you how beautiful they are.

There are a limited number of these sets available so come on over and get yours today.

Card Class

Hello Ladies and Gents:

There will be a card class held on Thursday, June 19, 2014 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.  The same class will be held on Friday, June 20, 2014 from 10:00 am to 12:30ish.

The class will include three cards, inserts and envelopes.  The cost of the class will be $15.00.

You will be making a couple of flowers that will become embellishments for your cards.  Here is a picture of the cards. (As usual, the pictures do not do the cards justice).

A lot is happening at the Stamping Room

Hi Everyone

What gorgeous weather we have been having.  I just love the fact that we have finally turned the heat off.  I didn't think this was going to happen this year.

Sandy and I are having a great time here at the shop.  Sandy has been busy doing some quilling projects, card projects and also origami.  We have been getting the samples ready so that we can offer the classes.

We have also been ordering lots of new product.  So far we have 5 new orders in and one still on the way.  We  have restocked all our tape and glue products.  We now have the Tombow glues and the Be Creative tape (Sookwang) and the Glue Arts products in stock.

We have new papers, inks, stamps, embossing folders, die cutters, flowers, stickers and embellishments.

Here are a couple of photos of the new items.  I just love the new "Shake your Booty" and "Girlfriends" and the mens collections from Art Impression.  They are really cute.

This is a small sample of the new products we have in stock.

On Saturday, June 7, 2014 we will be demonstrating the Inka-Gold products at 11:00 am and 2 pm.  Come on over, have a cup of coffee and join us for this demo.

These last few weeks have been wonderful for me.  I have truly enjoyed seeing you again.

News Flash

Hello Everyone:

I have the most awesome news!!!

The Stamping Room has opened it's doors again..  I am so excited about this.

Sandy Barteaux-Trafton has joined me as my partner and we have been working diligently to spruce up the store space.  We had intended to be open in February but Sandy fell and broke her ankle and I became very sick (my usual winter bout of influenza).  She is now hobbling around with her cane but mending well and I am raring to go.

We will be sharing the workload for the shop.  This will allow much more time for us to be creative.

We have set up a new email address and also we have a new phone number.

The store is open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 am - 6 pm.  We will also be offering many more classes.

Our goal is to provide a comfortable environment for you to visit.  The coffee will be on and there will be no need for you to rush away.

We will be offering the very best prices we can and the Tax will still be included in the ticket price.

Sandy is a phenomenal paper quiller and is currently working on some really lovely projects.  The classes for these will be posted at a later date.

I also have some ideas up my sleeve and I can't wait to put them into action.

I invite you to come over and see us.  It will be nice to get reacquainted and again share our love of paper crafting.
